The business owners first business. A start-up business with the infrastructure from a franchise that supports internal process and outlines a timeframe and plan for the business. There were expected targets in place from the franchisor and this new franchisee wanted to beat these targets as personal trainers do!
We worked 1 on 1 with the franchisee and realigned the expected growth strategy and financial modelling from the franchisor and developed a plan to a business at capacity in less than 18months which was 50 % less time that was recorded by the franchisor. The training and education for the franchisee were centred around key marketing strategies for growth, how to close a sale, the sales process, leadership and recruitment of his team, KPIs and performance and spectacular outcomes for the clients. The results were achieved in 18months, the studio was full with an ROI of over 32%. Management in place which meant the business owner was out of the business and was on to his second PT studio.
