A business start-up with a highly seasoned business owner who had 20 yrs experience in the trade and was changing his business from retail to a wholesale market place.
We worked together and developed the company strategic vision, conservative goals, plan and exit strategy for the next 10yrs. We developed the financial modelling to accommodate the growth strategy, a development plan for infrastructure and systems for full automation of the internal process, the development of a sales process and sales training program and a recruitment strategy and organizational structure for the business.
The results were outstanding, the owner was fast out the gates and the conservative 5yr goal of $1m revenue was blasted out the water, the results of his activity produced revenue of over $3m in less than 3 yrs and an ROI of 15%. The business is still growing. He has now developed an online retail environment for his fresh food which is now gaining traction in the market place. A very successful outcome
