High Rise Residential Construction: Case study
High Rise Residential Constructions and Development Company
The business owners approached us deeply entrenched in the business, each working an unsustainable 80-90 hours a week. Meanwhile, the business had reached a plateau in revenues at $20 million. Lacking TIME, resources, a solid growth strategy, budget and robust internal systems to support growth, they were uncertain how to propel the business to the next level.
First, we crafted a growth strategy with the ambitious goal of reaching $100 million.
Then, we gradually shifted the business owners away from being entrenched in the day-to-day, and into their primary positions—one overseeing finance and operations, and the other focused on sales, marketing, and branding. This restructuring freed up the owners and allowed them to concentrate on crucial growth-related tasks and to attract more business opportunities.
At the same time, we recruited the right personnel to support them (and the business) with day-to-day operations. We introduced a new tier of management into the existing business infrastructure, filling key management positions.
Lastly, the entire business was systematised and automated—transitioning from an old reliance on Excel spreadsheets into systems that supported growth.
This strategic approach resulted in rapid growth, substantial profits, and a quick expansion of business development opportunities for the owners. They surpassed their initial $100 million goal in just 3 years.
